ImmigraPrint, operated by Yall Services LLC, provides specialized services for printing, packaging, and mailing immigration documents. This Payment Policy explains the accepted payment methods, processing times, and conditions related to transactions made on our website.

 

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

• Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, among others, if available)

• PayPal (when enabled)

• Other electronic methods, as available at the time of purchase

Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms to ensure the protection of your financial data.

2. Payment Processing

• All payments must be made in advance, at the time of ordering.

• Your order will only be processed after payment confirmation.

• You will receive an automatic email confirmation once your payment is approved.

3. Currency

• All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).

• If you use an international card, conversion fees or bank charges may be applied by your financial institution.

4. Security

• We do not store credit card data on our servers.

5. Unsuccessful Payment

If your payment is declined or not processed:

• The order will not be initiated.

• You will be notified by email and may try again using a different payment method.

• Unpaid orders are automatically canceled after a set period.

Refunds may only be requested under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment

• Order cancellation before printing begins

• Verified technical error that prevents service delivery

Refunds will not be issued if the service has already started (printing or shipping) or in cases of customer error (e.g., incorrect documents or address).
