ImmigraPrint, operated by Yall Services LLC, offers specialized printing, packaging, and shipping services for immigration documents. This Payment Policy explains the accepted payment methods, processing times, and conditions associated with transactions made on our website.

 

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following forms of payment:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

  • Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, among others, if available)

  • PayPal (when enabled)

  • Other electronic payment methods, as available at the time of purchase.

Payment is processed through secure third-party platforms, ensuring the protection of your financial data.

 

2. Payment Processing

  • All payments must be made in advance, at the time of ordering.

  • Your order will only be processed after payment confirmation.

  • The customer will receive an automatic email confirmation as soon as the payment is approved.

 

3. Currency

  • All transactions are processed in US dollars (USD).

  • If the customer uses an international card, conversion fees or bank charges may be applied by the responsible financial institution.

 

4. Security

  • We do not store credit card information on our servers.

  • All transactions are encrypted and processed by certified payment gateways that adhere to international security standards (PCI-DSS).

 

5. Payment Not Approved

If the payment is refused or not processed:

  • The request will not be initiated.

  • You will be notified by email and you can try again with another payment method.

  • Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after a certain period.

 

6. Payment-Related Refunds

Refunds can only be requested under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment.

  • Cancellation of the order before printing.

  • A proven technical error that makes it impossible to deliver the service.

Refunds will not be issued if the service has already begun (printing or shipping) or in cases of customer error (e.g., incorrect documents or wrong address).

To request a refund, please send an email to contact@immigraprint.com with your order number and reason.

 

7. Taxes

ImmigraPrint may collect applicable taxes as required by U.S. state or local laws. Any applicable fees will be shown at checkout.
