Terms of Sale
Last updated: 07/10/2026
These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the purchase of services offered by ImmigraPrint, operated by Yall Services LLC ("ImmigraPrint," "we," "us," or "our"), through the website www.immigraprint.com. By placing an order, you ("Customer," "you," "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full. These Terms should be read together with our Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Payment Policy.
1. Services Offered
ImmigraPrint provides logistics services for the physical preparation and delivery of immigration documentation, including:
-
High-resolution laser printing of the petitions, forms, and supporting documents you provide;
-
Professional organization and secure packaging of the materials;
-
Shipping and mailing of the package to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or another U.S. recipient you designate;
-
Provision of a tracking number so you can monitor delivery.
ImmigraPrint acts solely as a logistics facilitator. We print, package, and ship the materials exactly as you submit them. We do not prepare, review, complete, correct, or verify the content of your documents.
2. No Legal or Immigration Advice
ImmigraPrint does not provide legal, immigration, or any other professional advice, and nothing on our website or in our communications constitutes such advice. We are not a law firm and are not a substitute for a licensed attorney or accredited representative. Decisions about the content, completeness, and strategy of your immigration filing are your sole responsibility.
3. Placing an Order
-
Orders are placed through the website or another channel authorized by ImmigraPrint.
-
An order is considered accepted only after (a) payment is confirmed in full and (b) we have received all documents and information required to fulfill it.
-
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if the request is incomplete, appears unlawful or fraudulent, or cannot be fulfilled within the requested timeframe. If we cancel an order we have already accepted, we will refund the amount paid for that order.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
-
The accuracy, completeness, legibility, and correct sequence of every document and file you submit;
-
Ensuring your documents are final and ready to be printed and mailed exactly as provided;
-
Providing the correct USCIS filing address, lockbox, or other recipient address, including any case- or category-specific address;
-
Placing your order with enough lead time to meet any applicable filing deadline (see Section 7).
ImmigraPrint does not modify, add to, reorder, or check the substance of your documents and is not responsible for errors or omissions in the materials you submit.
5. Prices
-
Prices are displayed on the website or provided in a written quote before you complete your purchase, and are stated in U.S. dollars (USD).
-
Whether a price includes or excludes shipping and applicable taxes will be indicated at checkout.
-
We may change prices at any time, but a price change does not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid.
6. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering and is processed as described in our Payment Policy. Your order will not be processed until payment is confirmed. All transactions are handled by secure third-party payment processors; we do not store your card details.
7. Processing, Deadlines, and Turnaround
-
We make commercially reasonable efforts to process and dispatch orders promptly, typically within [insert commitment, e.g., 48 business hours] after we confirm payment and receive all required materials.
-
Any turnaround time we communicate refers to printing, packaging, and handing the package to the carrier. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date, and does not include carrier transit time.
-
Immigration filings, including responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), are frequently subject to strict deadlines. You are responsible for placing your order early enough to allow time for processing and transit. ImmigraPrint is not responsible for deadlines missed due to late orders, incomplete or unclear materials, incorrect recipient addresses, or carrier delays.
8. Shipping and Delivery
-
Packages are shipped from Dallas, Texas, via USPS or another carrier of our selection, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
-
A tracking number is provided once the package is dispatched.
-
We package all materials securely to minimize the risk of damage or loss in transit. However, once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside our control, and we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.
9. Cancellations
-
You may cancel an order at no charge at any time before printing begins.
-
Once printing or mailing has started, the order can no longer be cancelled, because the service is already being performed and materials have been used.
10. Refunds
-
A full refund is available if you cancel before printing begins, in the case of a duplicate payment, or where a verified technical or operational error on our part prevents us from delivering the service.
-
Refunds are not available once printing or mailing has begun, or for issues arising from customer error — including incorrect documents, incorrect addresses, or deadlines missed because an order was placed too late.
-
To request a refund, email contact@immigraprint.com with your order number and the reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
11. No Guarantee of Outcome
-
Our services are limited to printing, packaging, and shipping the materials you provide. We do not guarantee that USCIS or any other recipient will receive, accept, process, approve, or act favorably on your submission within any particular timeframe.
-
The receipt, adjudication, and outcome of any immigration petition depend entirely on USCIS and on factors outside our control.
-
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind beyond those required by applicable law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImmigraPrint's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, lost profits, or losses resulting from customer errors, carrier delays or loss, or USCIS decisions.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, postal or carrier disruptions, strikes, power or network outages, government actions, or other force majeure events.
14. Intellectual Property and Submitted Content
You retain all rights to the documents you submit. By placing an order, you grant ImmigraPrint a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce, print, package, and transmit those documents solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. You represent and warrant that you own or are authorized to handle all materials you submit and that they do not violate any law or third-party right.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or a purchase shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Sale at any time. The version in effect at the time you place your order governs that order. The current version is always available on our website, with its "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page.
